StaffingScore is an integral part of ASHVINS Group’s talent selection process. StaffingScore is the ONLY application that addresses a void in the Temporary Staffing Industry – a means to measure and document the quality of a contractor’s work performance. Checking references is an outdated and ineffective process. StaffingScore offers Performance Evaluations from others who have worked with the contractor. Clients can periodically provide feedback for contractors to help them stay on track in the assignment and/or evaluate them once the assignment is completed.
